Nice coffee shop, staff are always really friendly. Nice location -- updating and removing stars. Costa Coffee in Port Glasgow can't seem to get orders correct. I've purchased many drinks and on occasions they forget to add certain things to the drinks, such as today they failed to at the Caramel Syrup to my Skinny Caramel Latte. I've gave up hope on this Costa and will not return here - Drive Thru Review
